[wp-hackers] Change Dev Blog Date Display

Hello All,

 

I'm not entirely certain this is the right place to put this, is wp-hackers
only for code-related discussions? 

In the WP Admin CP, the dev-blog posts are dated as "XX days ago," I'm just
thinking that it might be more 'in our best interests' to use either fuzzy
dates or MM/DD/YY seeing as the days-ago count can go up pretty high.
