Now you're talking. If we set aside the expenses of new dedicated servers, it's not a hard feat to accomplish.
Basically: take Dr. Dave's wp-plugins.net and add an XML RPC server to it. You're done.
I'm willing to help with the code, but, again, $$$$$ comes first.
