BTW, if something is in the wp-plugins repo, it's easy to get both.
People can link (or svn:external) the repo directly for plain-text
version suitable for wgetting, and regular folks can have the
automatically generated zip. (Which we have for tags now, too.)
I'll be sending out a lot of wp-plugins logins later tonight, finally
found the prob with the repo creation that was preventing new accounts.
