Before you do that, I'd like to point out with regards to the original
"delete_user" hook and backwards compatibility, that it seems to me
that there are very few realistic plugin scenarios that will be hurt
by the change, supposing there are plugins out there actually using
the hook.

So perhaps a dev could commit the patch?
