[wp-hackers] Close old comments and pingbacks: feature or plugin?

I've had only one spam message out of 2,335 actually show up on my blog
since I installed Akismet. On a rare occasion they'd get pulled into the
moderation queue when Akismet was down, but other than that Akismet's
been taking care of me.
