There's a feed for commits, and you might be able to subscribe to a  
feed for an individual ticket, but I don't know that there's a feed  
option for "EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS ON TRAC EVAR," for us all- 
consuming types.  Plus, with the WP-Hackers and WP-Testers threads  
going on in e-mail, it just provides a nice single medium for both  
producing and consuming information on WordPress changes, progress,  
direction, discussion, etc.
