[wp-hackers] Ditch RDF and RSS 0.92

I'm all for this if it means that feed creation and all it requires 
becomes possible via plugins. I've had to hack my own versions of 
feed-functions-extended.php to support XSPF, SMIL, etc. for too long. 
Not to mention MediaRSS, which I never even started to code...
