[wp-hackers] Goal for 2.1: no "white screen of death"

Goal for 2.1: eliminate all instances where WordPress might deliver a  
blank screen.  Those things are tough for developers to troubleshoot,  
nevermind end users.  We should figure out what these instances are,  
and deliver a helpful message about what happened and what could be  
done to prevent it (or even better, prevent the situation in the  
first place).
