[wp-hackers] New Default Theme For 2.1

I've not used the sandbox theme yet, but it's my understanding that there's
an options page.  From a support standpoint, that's going to open up a whole
new can of worms that the the forums wouldn't be able to handle (as it is,
heavy code questions often go un answered).  Seriously, I can already here a
new users asking "how can I add an option to..."

If I'm mistaken about the sandbox theme, then perhaps it's worth looking at.
