Scott and Andy have put a lot of work into that theme, and we're 
featuring it on wordpress.com for use with the CSS editor.  I think it 
would make a swell default for end-users, tweakers, and designers. 
Whether it should go into 2.1, I'm not sure.  I would like to get that 
release out some day. :-)
