Oh yes. Like bad poetry, bad code gets you a bad reputation once the
novelty wears off. Expecting enthusiastic users of your product to
remain silent about its flaws whilst praising its merits is naïve, and
the very reason Customer Service departments were invented!
On a related note, where can I find information about the release
schedule for WordPress 1.5.3? I have one blog I'm not upgrading to 2.0.2
but I would like some official blessing for the security fixes available
for 1.5.2 so that I can confidently incorporate them into that codebase.
I'm not a security professional.
