[wp-hackers] [patch] add prev and next links to the comment editing page

Hi All,

I've added « previous 20 comments | next x comment(s) » links to the 
comment editing page of wordpress 2.0.2.  Attached is the unified diff 
if this is useful.  The code is smart enough to only show the links when 
they're needed (ie, only when there are more comments to display).

It could probably be refactored slightly so that there is less copy and 
paste code reuse, but it's pretty simple so I'm not so sure it would be 
worthwhile.

Is there a better place than this to submit patches for inclusion in the 
mainline?
