[wp-hackers] New Theme Header Field: Status

How about adding a "Status:" field to the list of recognized theme
header fields?  The status could be publish, private, or draft.  Plugins
such as the theme switcher could exclude plugins that are not "publish".
The default status would be publish if none is specified.  Theme authors
would not include this field in their themes.  It would be reserved for
users to add as needed.
