[wp-hackers] warning: WordPress 1.5.1.3

Luckily I'm not a new user but when http://wordpress.org/download/ points to
install and upgrade instructions (I checked the kit for a readme.txt), I
followed them.

Only 3 or 4 files were changed, and no database changes were made, so
upgrade.php and the like are not needed. This probably should be fixed
though, for new users to be able to install.
