[wp-hackers] ecto and 1.5.1.3

I've been using ecto on Mac for about 3 years. I used Movable Type because it
interfaced better with ecto. I switched to WordPress at 1.5.
Using the new nightly (7/1) xmlrpc.php and the new functions-post.php posted on
this list together, ecto now seems to work again but my testing was light.
Without using both ecto was disasterous. I experienced everything mentioned here.
I never had a problem with 1.5.1.3 and MarsEdit (another Mac blogging tool). It
handled everything fine.
