Why not. It's GPL'ed. ;)

If you do, make sure to rename the function. Let's not repeat the
ent2ncr incident. You may want to revisit the file I linked. Since
I hadn't yet released it for public use, I wasn't originally doing
any sanity filtering on post titles.

Oh, I understand what rel=contents is for. I'm just not sure what
in a WordPress blog would represent it.
