Wget is the only one I use, I never learned curl. It identifies itself
as Wget/1.9.1
where the version number could change. 
It is possible to make it send another user agent string, but then all
bets are off if you do that anyway.

I've just tried lynx and it does correctly honour the content
disposition header.

I don't know of any others.
