[wp-hackers] Theme and Plugin Integration

I am using a master file, in my case cjd_master_control.php that
includes plugins located in /theme/plugins/ after an if!exist is
performed.

If the function is not found it includes the plugin from the theme
folder, if it is found it doesn't and everything still works as
advertised.

Seems pretty simple to me, and I have found no performance hit as yet.
