using the "api-tester/content" for both plugins and themes and
"Chassis/tree/master/wp/wp-content" is being simply ignored. I agree it
may be an issue for Chassis but it's also a misconfiguration of the test
environment of the JSON REST API plugin.
This is an error in our documentation. Filed as [https://github.com/WP-API
/WP-API/issues/114 issue 114].

This is an issue with the testing helper, which we should split out into a
separate plugin. Sorry about that one.

I can't reproduce that one.
