 A second issue is in the plugin update.
 In the plugins admin page i see two plugins: [[Image(plugin1.png)]]

 If i try to activate it I get an error [[Image(plugin2.png)]]

 and the JSON REST API plugin folder remains empty [[Image(plugin3.png)]]
