 As per #269, testing exists now via the full HTTP API, but we can avoid
 having to test this constantly if we use integrated unit testing. This may
 have changed slightly in develop.svn.wordpress.org from the previous
 process.

 Avoiding assigning a milestone on this one, since the client testing
 exists and this is a secondary layer (albeit, an important one).
