[wp-forums] Shared Hosting questions

Handy, I've only worked on shared servers.  Generally speaking, either a
server automatically appends the hosting accounts user name, ie,
miklb_wordpress to the database name and user name.(Cpanel does this from my
experience)  In other experiences, a database with a name already in use
will notify the user that database name is already in use(plesk follows this
method).
