Vicki, sometimes I think we do read minds, maybe we have to stop with 
that magic ;)

In those "Gosh, tell me what happened" cases, I don't think we can 
automatically pull info.
If people don't know what information is needed, we'll still have to 
tell them.
I tend to think that's okay ( pro habits ).
