[wp-design] Files on Shuttle

Well, Matt set up the Backpack page for us, you should all have
received the invitation. I'm uploading the files I've got now, so we
have a common place to share them. I've also taken all the info from
the old page (which I'm now deleting), and put it on there.

I'm currently doing v28 of the write page, based on the final 2.0 release.

Remember to upload new versions as you make them, and notify the list.
