[wp-design] Theme Version 4

Okay I like this one a lot more, and I concur with Bryan's comments. 
Also, work in that "update available" thingy I asked for after you
design this!

Oh and there is no reason why we couldn't seperate the active/not
active plugins.  I would like to use something like in Mint with drag
and drop activation myself...
