[wp-design] 25 & 25b

As promised, here's my touchup of things.

There are two versions. 25, where I've done stuff, and 35b where I've 
done stuff and tried to use gray!

Personally, I think we've gone overboard with different styles, and I'm 
not really satisfied with either of the attached mockups. But I've tried 
not going too far, so as to not set us back. By too many styles, I mean 
we have too many gradients, drop shadows and colors. We should really 
cut back on some of these. As such, I personally prefer 25b, because it 
"neutralizes" the whole bottom part of the screen.

Here are some of the changes:

* Added "Andy Budd" type styling of input boxes.

* This input box styling makes sense because it allows us to add tabs to 
the post body. When we initially talked wysiwyg, some people were 
against it. We need to take this into account, and make the old style 
"coding" option be easily available. I think it deserves a tab, instead 
of just a "html" button. The choice should be cookied, of course. The 
wysiwyg buttons are, btw, stolen from the wp1.6a.

* Removed the subtle textbox styling. Sorry Michael, don't kill me.

* Sized up save and publish buttons

* Removed the gradient behind the Shuttle header area. It really tickles 
me in the wrong way, and honestly just adds to the amount of complexity 
of something which should by now actually be getting simpler.

* Restyled the tabs ever so slightly. Once again I think things were too 
complex, and as I mentioned earlier, the "physics" of the plastic glass 
Khaled added seems wrong somehow. So I detached things, and moved 
"inactive tab plastic glass" two pixels up from the base it rests on. I 
did the same for active tabs. I hope you see what I mean by physics. I 
also added a drop shadow.

We really should start working on an icon style. We need icons for 
expand/collapse that are better, and we need icons for log out and view 
site (i love the current ones, but they're stolen right ?). 
Additionally, the initial "system message" icon feels a bit dated now.
