[theme-reviewers] Why can't theme authors have a second version of a theme?

I am fine with "Responsive Mobile".
I still think it's silly we can't use a standard naming practice in the technology industry using numbers in a supposedly open source community but if we can keep our branding somehow and end this debate and resolve this then so be it.
