[theme-reviewers] Self reviews

I actually do not have a problem with all of the accounts primary and
sock-puppets be perma-banned and all themes related to those accounts
perma-suspended ... might be a good thing Emil took care of this. I'd have
shredded the velvet glove on the iron-fist I would have used.
