[theme-reviewers] Updating accessibility-ready theme guidelines

@Joe I was looking at the guidelines and saw that one code example could be
improved for i18n. You can see the changes in the gist.
Have you ever thought about internationalizing the aria-label? There is
also an internationalized version is the gist.
