[theme-reviewers] Hello everyone! I am going to be a theme reviewer ( I hope)

Hi everyone. I am a Wordpress fanatic and want to become more involved with
the community. I'm so grateful for this software; my friends all think I'm
a coding genius because of Wordpress! (LOL) So I want to give back. I'm
about to install the test theme data and set up a testing environment.

My question is this: I don't know a lot of PHP. I am learning, but right
now all I do, really, is copy and paste, change a few strings, etc. Does
one need a strong knowledge of PHP to review themes?
