Hello to Admins,

I have noticed a lot of new themes in Priority # 4. I am going to review the themes after a couple of months.  I need help on some points,

Is there any change in rules ? 

Can i pick theme directly from Priority # 4 ?
Is it really needed to close at least 5 tickets before picking the next one ? ** Because, some theme authors do not respond in time so it will be delay in closing ticket.
Can i pick themes from same author randomly because of the ease and understanding of code ?
