[theme-reviewers] Ticket cleanup

About 7 new submissions and about the same for theme updates.

   - *171* new tickets are waiting for review.
      - *91* tickets are older than *2 weeks*
      - *126* tickets are older than *1 week*
      - *150* tickets are older than *3 days*
   - *74* tickets are assigned.
      - *67* tickets are older than *2 weeks*
      - *69* tickets are older than *1 week*
      - *72* tickets are older than *3 days*
   - *11* are approved but are waiting to be made live.

In the past 7 days <https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/#Inthepast7days>

   - *114* tickets were opened
   - *183* tickets were closed:
      - *162* tickets were made live.
         - *82* new Themes were made live.
         - *80* Theme updates were made live.
         - *10* more were approved but are waiting to be made live.
      - *20* tickets were not-approved.
      - *1* tickets were closed-newer-version-uploaded.



This is a numbers game, not so much how many people we have it's all about
how much one reviewer can do :)
