[theme-reviewers] Ticket cleanup

Thanks for the follow up Emil….I was looking at the “New Themes – Never Reviewed list” under Priority 4…hence, still waiting to be reviewed.

All approved themes are marked live few days ago, what you see are themes that are being reviewed.

If you have a theme currently assigned and is nearing that time span, please take the appropriate action. If you want to have the theme reassigned don't be afraid to ask. I'm sure somebody would be willing to take over. We are all in this together! :)
