[theme-reviewers] Forking A Theme

Emil,

I'll suggest the author to release it as child theme on the trac. This
issue aside, I kinda feel that this is a theme forked for promotional
purpose:

1. Fork a theme
2. Add one or two features
3. Add credit to main site

The author doesn't even change the text domain to the theme slug.

Is it just me, or is this kind of thing happens quite often to the theme
submitted to the repo?
