[theme-reviewers] Featured Themes

Currently there is no criteria as it is randomly chosen.

This month's were nominated by each reviewers and only 15 were randomly
chosen of those.

Personally I like the idea of a reviewer having a say in the choice but
that choice being a theme they reviewed in that month. One that showed them
something new when it came to design and functionality - and code of
course. That's part of the reason the repo is there. To *showcase* awesome
themes and what you can do with one. :)
