The Wordpress.org notifications worked for me for me, but you can only have 8 notifications and then I missed a few thread.

Kathryn Pressner (zoonini) recommended I use IFTT - https://ifttt.com/

This has been a great way to get all support threads.

Just sign up, set up a recipe with the RSS feed.

Just to clarify about the RSS, on this one theme of mine - https://wordpress.org/support/theme/water-lily

The RSS link is to the left of the pagination. That's the one to use for each theme.

All right, this is what I did. Add a tag "your theme name" and after that "Subscribe to Topic". That will keep you posted. Do this for one and it should work to all.

Positive about that?

WordPress.org doesn't currently provide a method for subscribing by email to all your theme's topics. This is currently possible with plugins, so maybe we can bug someone about getting this feature for theme authors.

Right now, the best method is to edit your notifications from your profile page and use your theme name as the keyword. Of course, the more generic your theme name, the more likely it is that you'll get emails unrelated to your theme.

Yes, first one only. Try it and see what happens :) At least that is what did with one of my previous themes.

Do I need to SUBMIT a post to activate notifications ?

It stays for all to come, not just one :)

That's only going to get you follow up on that discussion. I think he is looking for emails on new posts to the support for that theme.

I don't think there is a built in way, but you could run the feed through ifttt to an email address.
