[theme-reviewers] Support Notifications

Thanks for the suggestion Nithin.

But is there a way to get all the notification related to the THEMES which we own ?

There should be something automatic but not sure where to enable that. :|

You can find notifications link in your profile page, just add your required keywords or phrase to get email alerts.

We want this facility so that we promptly look into the issues and get those fixed asap.
