Thanks understood now coming back to the theme uri issue I have checked

more specifically this point
- Review the indicated URLs. Ensure that the sites are appropriate, that
they do not sell or promote non-GPL WordPress Themes, and that any license
or terms and conditions information does not include non-GPL-compatible
content.
