[theme-reviewers] [WordPress Themes] #21251: THEME: Abaris - 1.0.11

Hi Tammie and other admins,

My theme isn't embedding Redux instead it recommends use of Redux Framework.
I believe, I'm not responsible, as a theme author, for tracking part 
done by a plugin?

It seems suspending theme isn't fair. :)

PS: Its time to move Customizer.
