[theme-reviewers] Use home_url instead of get_bloginfo(‘url’)

 Hi

I  am reviewing a theme .
I want to know the Reason why it is necessary to use home_url instead of
get_bloginfo(‘url’) .
(While both give same output).

Kindly explain reason .
