[theme-reviewers] Theme duplicate

Hi there,

Just looking at the list of themes that are coming up for review and I see
that
this one -
https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/20599
is coming up soon.

It's just a duplicated of another theme.

In instances like these, would it help if I just assigned it to myself and
then closed it with a note, or do you ( the admins ) want to do this
because you keep track of names, emails or something else?

Just curious.
