[theme-reviewers] Second look at ticket #20422 ?

Hi there,

Just wondering if someone could have a look at ticket #20422 for me.
I've done the review of the theme, but still confused over the whole
front-page/home.php deal.
I know we've covered this to death and I've read Chip's post many times..
but still confused.

This theme has both front-page.php and home.php
But I don't see why these are even needed.

As far as I can tell, the theme allows you to set up a picture or slideshow
with call to action buttons via the theme options.
These appear on the home page if you've set the site to display posts on
your home page.

If you set the home page to a static page, whatever you've set in the theme
options doesn't show.

I would appreciate if someone could have a look.
