[theme-reviewers] Theme Review Question - finding errors

Normally the theme authors will have run the theme check and know about the
recommended issues. If you do want to add them then make sure they are
clearly marked as recommended. The theme authors would like to know what
they are missing that is required so try to spend more time working on
those things.
