[theme-reviewers] How to withdraw a new theme from consideration?

I want to withdraw this theme:

It has not yet been reviewed. I haven't been able to find a suitable header
image to replace the non-compatible public domain image that I was
(inadvertently) going to use. I have another image but it is not silver,
blue nor gold. :(

I've left a note on the themes trac; anything else I should do?
