[theme-reviewers] New Theme Review

[Emil Uzelac]

Generally speaking, this wasn't said to anyone individually.

We're for ideas and improvements, but we have to know the limits, not only
ours, but the systems itself.

Also to understand what we can or cannot do.

If time permits, I will talk to Jen from Automattic in Chicago or Milwaukee
WordCamp, just to see what else we can do here.

Let's work together indeed :)
