[theme-reviewers] Theme submit page doesn't work

Hello everyone!

Just tried to submit a theme, and the form doesn't work.

In IE and Opera, it hangs. In Chrome and Firefox, I'm getting:

"Only zip files are supported. We've had reports that Firefox will
sometimes report zip files as generic binary files (which we don't allow).
Try uploading your zip file with a different browser, such as Safari,
Chrome, Opera, or Internet Explorer."

Any thoughts?
