[theme-reviewers] Regarding: Theme Name Changing

Sure it is. Change the name, upload <http://wordpress.org/themes/upload/> your
Theme and note under the review ticket.

Here you mentioned upload the theme with New Name. Does we need to upload
these new named theme over the same ticket ? Or will it be considered as a
new theme on the themes trac ?
