[theme-reviewers] Question Regarding GPL and ThemeForest

That's not true. GPL does not prohibit you from selling code. However, when
you do distribute any code that is based off of GPL licensed code (i.e. a
modified WordPress theme or plugin), free or paid, your work should inherit
the license, even if you're selling it to one single client.
