[theme-reviewers] No response from the Owner for 3 weeks

Dear theme reviewers team,

3 weeks have passed since CourtneySpeaks started to review this theme.
CourtneySpeaks does not have any WordPress.org activity at all (not only in
this 3 weeks), so we think, that she will not review the theme.

So I suggest, to change the reviewer, if it is possible please.
