[theme-reviewers] WordPress credit link

I would recommend, as a "de facto" standard, that the WordPress credit
link, if included in the footer, follow the example of the latest
core-bundled Theme. Currently, the link reads as such in Twenty Fourteen:
http://themes.svn.wordpress.org/twentyfourteen/1.0/footer.php
